Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the following positions for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
You will support the Ticketing Team in managing day-to-day ticketing operations, including handling customer enquiries, processing ticket orders, and coordinating ticket fulfilment for corporate groups, VIP clients, and overseas travel agents. The role also involves monitoring ticket inventory, generating reports, and assisting with ticketing system and mobile app testing to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket bookings, customer enquiries, and ticket fulfilment
- Coordinate closely with sales teams, ticketing vendors, and printing partners
- Monitor payments, outstanding orders, waitlists, and ticket inventory
- Support ticketing system and mobile app updates, testing, and issue reporting
- Prepare ticketing reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Ensure confidentiality of customer data and provide professional service at all times
Key Requirements:
- Able to work under tight deadlines and handle operational pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised, and analytical team player
- Quick learner who can work independently
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends during event periods
