You are responsible for overseeing the retail operations of 5 designated booths during the event. This role involves coordinating stock movement, managing logistics, ensuring compliance with event SOPs, and leading the retail team members to ensure smooth daily execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning & Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end retail logistics from warehouse to event site
- Manage delivery schedules, load-in/load-out timelines, and venue access requirements
Sales Support & Demand Management
- Monitor real-time sell-through performance and communicate stock risks or opportunities
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and brief retail booth staff on stock handling and logistics processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for all logistics and stock-related matters at the booth
- Train team members on inventory accuracy, handling standards, and operational discipline
Key Requirements:
- Minimally a Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management or related fields.
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail operations, or merchandising (event experience is an advantage).
- Ability to manage high-volume and fast paced operations, especially during event cycles.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in inventory systems, e-commerce platforms, and logistics coordination.
