Race Promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd (SGP) invites interested companies to tender for the Design and Construction of a Media Centre at the Formula 1 Paddock.
Eligibility Criteria of Tenderer:
- Registered with Building Construction Authority (BCA) with minimum GB Class 2.
Collection and Submission of Documents:

Tenderers are required to arrange for an authorised representative to sign and endorse with company’s stamp a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from the office of:

c/o HPL House, Level 2, 50 Cuscaden Road, Singapore 249724. -
Upon receiving the signed NDA and tender fee, companies will receive an email from Procore to review and download tender documents.

The validity period for this Request for Tender is 180 calendar days.

The closing date for submission is 5 March 2026, Thursday, 12.00pm (Singapore Time).

A tender briefing and site show round will be held as per the date, time and address listed below. Number of tender briefing attendees will be limited to 2 persons per company. Please note that attendance to this briefing and show round could be considered in our tender evaluation.

Tender briefing will be held on 12 February 2026, Thursday, at 11am at Level 2, HPL House, 50 Cuscaden Road, Singapore 249724.

Site show round will be carried out on 13 February 2026, Friday, at 11am at the F1 Pit Building Security office, 1 Republic Boulevard, Singapore 038975.

A non-refundable tender fee of S$50 per tender package must be submitted via bank transfer. Cash payment for the tender fee is not accepted.

Tender submissions are to be submitted on or before the tender closing date on Procore.
SGP reserves the right to withdraw from this tender invitation notice before its acceptance of any tender offer and is not bound to accept the lowest or the whole of any tender offer; reserves its right to reject any tender offer and is under no obligation to disclose any tender offer or its particulars to any party.
All expenses incurred in connection with the tender are to be borne by tenderers.
