TENDER NOTICES

Race Promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd (SGP) would like to inform interested companies to acknowledge that there is a Tender Addendum issued for the Design and Construction of Pit Lane Extension works at Marina Bay Circuit.

Collection and Submission of Documents:

1. Tenderers are required to log on to Procore and download the folder Tender Addendum No.1 for the additional optional works and associated information.
   
   
2. Tenderers are required to acknowledge, sign and stamp, and revert to us the Tender Addendum Acknowledgement Form via Procore.
   
   
3. The Tender Addendum No. 1 folder consist of:
   
   a. TA No. 1 Acknowledgement Form
   b. Drawings List
   c. Drawings – 5232084-25-SK-013A 
   d. Drawings – 5232084-25-SK-013B
   e. Tender Summary
   f. Schedule of Rates – Section 4 Additional Optional Works
   
   
4. The extended closing date for submission is 21 April 2025, Monday, 12.00pm (Singapore Time).

Tender submissions are to be submitted on or before the tender closing date on Procore.

SGP reserves the right to withdraw from this tender invitation notice before its acceptance of any tender offer and is not bound to accept the lowest or the whole of any tender offer; reserves its right to reject any tender offer and is under no obligation to disclose any tender offer or its particulars to any party.

All expenses incurred in connection with the tender are to be borne by tenderers.

Singapore GP Pte Ltd (representing Singapore Tourism Board) invites interested companies to tender for the Leasing of Warehouse.

Eligibility Criteria of Tenderer:
Registered with Council of Estate Agencies (CEA)

Collection and Submission of Documents:

1. Tenderers are required to arrange for an authorised representative to sign and endorse with company’s stamp a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from the office of:

2. Upon receiving the signed NDA and tender fee, companies will receive an email from Procore to review and download tender documents.
3. The validity period for this Request for Tender is 142 calendar days.
4. The closing date for submission is 05 May 2025, Monday, 12.00pm (Singapore Time).
5. The Site show round location shall be arranged by the tenderer, and notification shall be provided minimum 3 days in advance to the Client.
6. A non-refundable tender fee of S$50 per tender package must be submitted via bank transfer. Cash payment for the tender fee is not accepted.

3.    The validity period for this Request for Tender is 180 calendar days. 
4.    The closing date for submission is 07 April 2025, Monday, 12.00pm (Singapore Time).
5.    A compulsory tender briefing and site show round will be held as per the date, time and address listed below. Number of tender briefing attendees will be limited to 2 person per company.
6.    Tender briefing will be held at the above listed address on 18 March 2025 Tuesday at 10.00am.
7.    Site show round location on 18 March 2025 as follows:  

• F1 Pit Building at 1 Republic Boulevard Singapore 038975 at 3.00pm.

8.    A non-refundable tender fee of S$50 per tender package must be submitted via bank transfer. Cash payment for the tender fee is not accepted. 

Upon receiving the signed NDA and tender fee, companies will receive an email from Procore to review and download the tender documents.

A compulsory tender briefing and site walkthrough will be held as per the date, time and address listed below. Each company may send a maximum of 2 representatives to attend the tender briefing.

• Tender briefing will be held at Singapore GP’s address listed above on 28 February 2025 Friday at 3.00pm.

Tender submissions are to be submitted on or before the tender closing date on Procore.
