Singapore GP Pte Ltd (representing Singapore Tourism Board) invites interested companies to tender for the Design and Construction of the Pit Building Observatory Extension
Eligibility Criteria of Tenderer:
- Registered with Building Construction Authority (BCA) CW01-B2 and GB Class 2
Collection and Submission of Documents:
1. Tenderers are required to arrange for an authorised representative to sign and endorse with company’s stamp a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from the office of:

c/o 50 Cuscaden Road, #02-02 HPL House, Singapore 249724
2. Upon receiving the signed NDA and tender fee, companies will receive an email from Procore to review and download tender documents.
3. The validity period for this Request for Tender is 180 calendar days.
4. The closing date for submission is 13 May 2025, Tuesday, 12.00pm (Singapore Time).
5. A tender briefing and site show round will be held as per the date, time and address listed below. Number of tender briefing attendees will be limited to 2 persons per company.
6. Tender briefing will be held at the above listed address on 2 May 2025, Friday, at 10am.
7. Site show round location on 2 May 2025, Friday, as follows:
- F1 Pit Building at 1 Republic Boulevard Singapore 038975 at 2pm.
8. A non-refundable tender fee of S$50 per tender package must be submitted via bank transfer. Cash payment for the tender fee is not accepted.

Collection and Submission of Documents:
- Tenderers are required to log on to Procore and download the folder Tender Addendum No.1 for the additional optional works and associated information.
- Tenderers are required to acknowledge, sign and stamp, and revert to us the Tender Addendum Acknowledgement Form via Procore.
