Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the position of Senior Manager / Manager in E-Commerce and Retail Operations.

You are responsible for leading and managing e-commerce and event merchandising operations to deliver seamless customer experiences across digital and physical channels. Responsibilities include operational strategy, inventory management, POS system handling, and cross-functional collaboration to maximise revenue and brand impact during activations and online platforms.

• E-commerce Operations & Backend Management
• Event Merchandising, Booth Infrastructure & Signage Planning
• Manpower Management
• Retail Booth Operations & Logistics
• Inventory & Stock Movement Management

Key Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, E Commerce, or related fields.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail operations, or merchandising (event experience is an advantage).
• Ability to manage high-volume and fast-paced operations, especially during event cycles.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in inventory systems, e commerce platforms, and logistics coordination.
• Able and willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
