As a member of the Hospitality & Sponsorship Sales team, your role involves assisting with various facets of the team's functions, as well as event management. You will be required to work with both external vendors and internal departments to ensure that all requirements and instructions are met.
You will also be tasked with engaging with Hospitality clients regarding ticket purchases, event updates, enquiries and adminisrative tasks where necessary. These duties include, but are not limited to, managing ticketing and accreditation processes, handling general administrative and operational tasks for the Hospitality & Sponsorship Sales team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimally a Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with a good track record in the hospitality or events industry (fresh graduates may apply)
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English for client communication
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a proven ability to complete documentation accurately under tight deadlines
