Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the contract position of Paddock Club™ Event Coordinator for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.
As a member of the Paddock™ Club team, your role involves assisting with various facets of the team's functions, as well as event management. You will be required to work with both external vendors and internal departments to ensure that all requirements and instructions are met.
You will also be tasked with engaging with Paddock Club™ clients on matters related to ticket purchases, event updates, enquiries, and other responsibilities as required. These duties include, but are not limited to, the coordination of event staff recruitment, managing ticketing and accreditation processes, as well as handling general administrative and operational tasks for the Paddock Club™ team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimally a Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with a good track record in the hospitality or events industry (fresh graduates may apply)
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English for client communication
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a proven ability to complete documentation accurately under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Able and willing to work over weekends and extended hours when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams

As a key member of the Entertainment team, you will be planning transport arrangements, liaising with partners, managing accreditation, recruiting event crew, as well as providing operational support for the event. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen attention to detail and good communication skills, in addition to being proficient in managing administrative functions like document management and scheduling. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure, and is able to prioritise tasks effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in events and entertainment
- Minimally a Diploma qualification
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities, multi-tasking skills and accommodate ongoing on-ground changes
- Strong administrative skills to ensure that tasks are completed with precision

We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can create effective visual representations accurately and creatively. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the creative process from concept to the final deliverable. The designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects and must have the ability to take a project from ideation to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of projects using various computer software to visualise and develop graphics that meet event goals.
- Design graphics for a variety of uses: brand campaigns, collaterals, large scale signage, marketing materials, etc.
- Translate and adapt creative direction into high quality design including adapting assets to various print formats.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects to meet deadlines on simultaneous projects
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the creative and marketing teams to deliver innovative print solutions that align with brand standards and brand identity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimally a diploma in graphic design, art or similar discipline
- Proven experience in print graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge etc.
- Excellent time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
