Marketing Administrative Executive (March - December 2024)
The successful applicant will be reporting to the department head and will work alongside teams under the department head (i.e. Marketing, Creative, Merchandise and Sustainability).
Overview of responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the teams under the department head.
- Tracking of overall department’s expenses.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors and agencies.
- Coordinate pre- and post-race requirements such as hotel bookings, transport, logistics, accreditation and catering for the department and stakeholders.
- Manage premium/prizes inventory and assist in contest fulfilment.
- Assist on planning and execution of select on-ground activities.
- Track and manage department’s warehouse assets.
- Support any other business’ projects that teams takes on.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
- At least one year of working experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in managing and scheduling hotel and airflight bookings.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and effectively communicate project status.
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multi-tasker with excellent time management and job prioritization.
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail is a must.
- Responsible and able to work independently as well as be an effective team player.
- Adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Ticketing & Accreditation Coordinator ( 2 May / 1 June - 27 September 2024 )
In this role, you will:
- Assist the ticketing/accreditation team in managing in-house ticketing/accreditation operations.
- Provide sales and logistics support for ticket orders from corporate groups and VIP clients.
- Work with key partners and stakeholders to ensure all qualified personnel are accredited with the proper access passes and decals.
Key Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma or degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player who is proactive, meticulous, resourceful and willing to learn.
- Able to work under deadline pressure, quick thinker and an effective problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Willing to work long hours, on shift and weekends.
