As a key member of the Entertainment team, you will be working on the overall entertainment programme throughout the Marina Bay Street Circuit, interfacing with artiste management and entourage, liaising with partners, providing administrative support, recruiting event crew, as well as providing operational support to ensure a successful delivery.
The ideal candidate should also be able to multi-task, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. In addition, the candidate must possess exceptional organisational abilities, and work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in dealings with artiste management and/or prior work within the entertainment industry
- Minimally a Diploma qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse audience
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities and accommodate to ongoing on ground changes
- Good knowledge of varying forms of music, art and entertainment
- Able and willing to work over weekends and extended hours when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft Teams

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Coordinator, Partnership Sales for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025.
You are required to provide administrative and operational support for the team, including order processing, collection of payments, systems-related matters and fulfilment of tickets.
You will also assist in coordination of onsite ticket collection during race week.
After the race, you will be responsible for reconciliation of accounts.
Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can create effective visual representations accurately and creatively. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the creative process from concept to the final deliverable. The designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects and must have the ability to take a project from ideation to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of projects using various computer software to visualise and develop graphics that meet event goals.
- Design graphics for a variety of uses: brand campaigns, collaterals, large scale signage, marketing materials, etc.
- Translate and adapt creative direction into high quality design including adapting assets to various print formats.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects to meet deadlines on simultaneous projects
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the creative and marketing teams to deliver innovative print solutions that align with brand standards and brand identity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimally a diploma in graphic design, art or similar discipline
- Proven experience in print graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge etc.
- Excellent time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
