Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the contract position of Paddock Club™ Event Coordinator for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
As a member of the Paddock™ Club team, your role involves assisting with various facets of the team's functions, as well as event management. You will be required to work with both external vendors and internal departments to ensure that all requirements and instructions are met.
You will also be tasked with engaging with clients on matters related to ticket purchases, event updates, enquiries, and other responsibilities as required. These duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with the coordination of event staff recruitment, managing ticketing and accreditation processes, as well as handling general administrative and operational tasks for the team.
Please note: This is a contract role from June to October 2026.
Key Requirements:
- Minimally a Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with a good track record in the hospitality or events industry (fresh graduates may apply)
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English for client communication
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a proven ability to complete documentation accurately under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Able and willing to work over weekends and extended hours when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd (SGP) is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Department Head and work closely with cross functional teams within the department, including Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, Merchandise and Sustainability. This role provides both administrative and operational support across marketing initiatives, events and business projects.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Administrative & Departmental Support
- Provide day to day administrative support to teams under the Department Head.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors and agencies.
- Support additional business projects undertaken by the teams as required.
2. Marketing & Fan Engagement Support
- Support the development and execution of fan engagement initiatives.
- Assist with marketing media buys and sustainability related activities.
- Provide support for mobile app testing.
3. Events & Race Operations Support
- Be part of the core team responsible for the delivery of the Opening Ceremony, Drivers’ Parade and Podium Ceremonies.
- Coordinate pre- and post-race requirements, including hotel bookings, transport, logistics, accreditation and catering for the department.
4. Inventory, Assets & Logistics Management
- Manage premium and prize inventory and assist with contest fulfilment.
- Track and manage the department’s warehouse assets.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Diploma qualification, with one year of working experience in a Marketing and/or Events role.
- Experience in managing and scheduling hotel and air travel bookings.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to multitask, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages will be an advantage.
