RP RECRUITMENT
Event Experience Officials, deployed at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, are students from Republic Polytechnic’s Diploma in Events & Project Management Course. This collaboration, established in 2024, offers students an invaluable opportunity to be part of one of the world's most prestigious sporting events—the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix.
As Event Experience Officials, students take on diverse and dynamic responsibilities, including crowd management, access control, assisting patrons, and serving as a quick response team. Their contributions play a crucial role in enhancing the overall event experience, providing them with practical, real-world exposure in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

How Do I Qualify?
- You must be a current student of Republic Polytechnic enrolled in the Diploma in Events & Project Management Course.
- Complete ALL Singapore GP E-Learning modules on the learning portal and achieve a passing score of at least 80% in the final assessment by 26th May 2025.
- Selected students are required to attend ALL mandatory training sessions and is required to work the entire duration of the event weekend.
