Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Coordinator in Partnership Sales.
The Partnership Sales department is in charge of sourcing for and liaising with third-party overseas ticketing agents who are authorised by Singapore GP to sell tickets to the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.
In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Partnership Sales team in processing ticket orders and logistics for the Authorised Ticketing Partners.
- Assist in coordination of onsite ticket collection during race week.
- Responsible for reconciliation of accounts after the race.
Key Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma or degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with people across all levels and cultures, and proficient in both English and Mandarin.

The successful applicant will be reporting to the department head and will work alongside teams under the department head (i.e. Marketing, Creative, Merchandise and Sustainability).
Overview of responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the teams under the department head.
- Tracking of overall department’s expenses.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors and agencies.
- Coordinate pre- and post-race requirements such as hotel bookings, transport, logistics, accreditation and catering for the department and stakeholders.
- Manage premium/prizes inventory and assist in contest fulfilment.
- Assist on planning and execution of select on-ground activities.
- Track and manage department’s warehouse assets.
- Support any other business’ projects that teams takes on.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
- At least one year of working experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in managing and scheduling hotel and airflight bookings.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and effectively communicate project status.
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multi-tasker with excellent time management and job prioritization.
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail is a must.
- Responsible and able to work independently as well as be an effective team player.
- Adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

As a key member of the Paddock Club™ team, you will be responsible for the access control operations at the Paddock Club™. This will include the logistics for ticket and accreditation verification, daily arrival and departure, transportation management, security coordination, and general guest services within the Paddock Club™. You will also be required to formulate and conduct staff training and briefing sessions in line with Paddock Club™ operating requirements.
A quick thinker and an effective problem solver, you must be able to work under deadline pressure and have proven leadership capabilities to inspire and direct a large team. You should also be comfortable with managing large numbers of guests at the event and be ready to adapt to on-ground changes.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience with a good track record in the hospitality or events industry.
