More star power: latest music acts announced for Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025
14 May 2025, Singapore – Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd has unveiled iconic rock band Foo Fighters, as well as DJ and producer Alan Walker, as the Padang Stage headliners for Saturday, 4th October.
They form just part of the incredible entertainment line-up slated to perform at the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 this 3rd to 5th October, which also includes CL, Crowded House, The Smashing Pumpkins and more, in addition to previously announced artistes G-DRAGON and Elton John.
Race fans can look forward to even more captivating acts that will be revealed in the coming months for a truly unforgettable weekend. From fan favourites to emerging talents, the entertainment line-up is set to delight music lovers with a diverse mix of genres that is sure to cater to everyone.
FOO FIGHTERS | Saturday 4 October, Zone 4 Padang Stage

Having won over 15 Grammy Awards, including Best Rock Album five times, and inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021, legendary rock band Foo Fighters will be headlining on Saturday at the Padang Stage. One of the most successful rock bands of all time, Foo Fighters is known for their anthemic and hard-hitting songs, such as “Best of You”, “Everlong” and “The Pretender”. The iconic band is ready to set the stage for a highly-charged evening after the Formula 1 Qualifying sessions.
ALAN WALKER | Saturday 4 October, Zone 4 Padang Stage

Fresh from his Walkerworld Tour in North America and Europe, DJ and record producer Alan Walker will be making a pit stop to Singapore. Known for his signature blend of electronic music and melodic soundscapes, the Norwegian rose to fame with his 2015 breakout hit “Faded”, which earned multi-platinum awards and garnered billions of streams. He has since become a global EDM sensation and collaborated with artistes like Ava Max, Sia, and Coldplay, performing at top festivals like Tomorrowland and Coachella.
CL | Friday 3 October, Zone 4 Padang Stage

K-pop fans can look forward to a spectacular Friday, with CL slated to perform on the same night as G-DRAGON. The singer and songwriter rose to fame as the leader of K-pop girl group 2NE1 in 2009, and later launched a solo career with hits like “The Baddest Female”, “Hello Bitches” and “Lover Like Me”. Since then, the style icon has been listed as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2019.
CROWDED HOUSE | Saturday 4 October, Zone 1 Wharf Stage

Iconic Australian and New Zealand rock band Crowded House gained global fame with heartfelt lyrics and rich harmonies for classics like “Don’t Dream It’s Over”, “Better Be Home Soon”, and “Weather With You” that won them several awards and a dedicated worldwide fanbase. Formed in 1985, their enduring sound and captivating live performances allows them to continue to be a defining force in rock music.
THE SMASHING PUMPKINS | Sunday 5 October, Zone 1 Wharf Stage

American alternative rock band The Smashing Pumpkins will be returning to Singapore, fifteen years since their last appearance here. They gained fame with albums like Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, featuring hits like "1979", "Tonight, Tonight" and "Bullet with Butterfly Wings". With the release of their 13th album, Aghori Mhori Mei in 2024, they are set to light up the stage with their blend of heavy guitar riffs, dreamy melodies and introspective lyrics.
THE WOMBATS | Sunday 5 October, Zone 1 Wharf Stage

Hailing from Liverpool, English indie rock band The Wombats formed in 2003, comprising Matthew Murphy, Tord Øverland Knudsen, and Dan Haggis. Known for their UK Album Chart topper album, Fix Yourself, Not the World in 2022, the trio has played at iconic festivals such as Lollapalooza, Southside and Hurricane music festivals.
BABYMETAL | Saturday 4 October, Zone 4 Downtown Stage
Japan’s BABYMETAL made up of SU-METAL, MOAMETAL and MOMOMETAL has captivated global audiences with their high-energy performances by headlining at Wembley Arena and graced the stages of Summer Sonic and Glastonbury. Their album Metal Galaxy made history as the first Japanese artiste to hit #1 on the US and UK Top Rock Album charts.
PUTRI ARIANI | Friday 3 October, Zone 4 Esplanade Outdoor Theatre
Having rose to fame after winning Indonesia’s Got Talent 2014, Indonesian pop singer-songwriter Putri Ariani won the hearts of many with her soulful voice when her audition went viral on a global stage during America’s Got Talent 2023. Since then, she has released her first album, Seeing with the Heart in 2020, and collaborated with music producer and DJ Alan Walker and Norwegian singer Peder Elias for the single “Who I Am”.
THE LATHUMS | Saturday 4 October, Zone 4 Downtown Stage
Formed in 2018, English indie rock band The Lathums first started out as a group project, which then turned into a full-time gig, debuting at UK Album charts with How Beautiful Life Can Be in 2021. Notable tracks include “Say My Name”, “Struggle”, “Fight On” and “The Great Escape”.
TOM GRENNAN | Saturday 4 October, Zone 4 Downtown Stage
London-based singer-songwriter Tom Grennan rose to fame in 2016. His debut album Lightning Matches peaked at #5 on the UK Album Charts includes “Found What I’ve Been Looking For”, which was lauded on BBC Radio 1 as one of “Top 10 hottest records of 2017”. With an album launching in June 2025, Everywhere I Went Led Me To Where I Didn’t Want To Be, this multi-platinum selling artist is set to play his first concert at the Marina Bay Street Circuit.
OAKË | Friday 3 October, Zone 4 Downtown Stage
Blending pop, funk, and neo-soul, Oakë (pronounced “okie”) is a four-piece Singapore-based band which started by reimagining popular tracks with fresh harmonies and grooves – now they’re writing feel-good bangers designed to get you moving.
INDO WAREHOUSE | Friday 3 October & Saturday 4 October, Zone 4 Esplanade Outdoor Theatre
Indo Warehouse blends South Asian rhythms with contemporary house and techno, creating Indo House. Founded in 2022, the New York-based collective debuted at Coachella, pushing sonic boundaries by weaving traditional rhythms, melodies, and aesthetics into modern productions.
LE TWINS | Friday 3 October & Saturday 4 October, TBA
Mexico-based DJ duo Le Twins are known for their electrifying sets that fuse vocals, live drumming, and Latin-infused EDM. With crowd favourites like “Takata” and having performed at major festivals like Tomorrowland and EDC, they’ve built a global following that earned them a spot in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs since 2022.
HANNA | Saturday 4 October, Zone 1 Sunset Stage & Sunday 5 October, Zone 4 Downtown Stage
Hailing from South Korea, HANNA is a rising DJ known for her hip-hop, R&B, and moombahton sets. Having performed globally and at top Seoul clubs, it led her to stages in major Asian festivals such as S20 Taiwan and Waterbomb Hong Kong.
Tickets selling fast
Ticket demand has been phenomenal, with only a limited number remaining across selected general and hospitality categories. Tickets to the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 can be purchased from www.singaporegp.sg and via authorised ticketing partners.
All tickets provide access to the performances in Zone 4, including the main Padang Stage and Downtown Stage. A Zone 1 ticket is required to access performances at the Wharf Stage and Sunset Stage. Patrons will need to ensure that they have a valid ticket on the relevant day to attend an act’s performance. Artiste line up and schedule are subjected to change.
