Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the following position for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Media & Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of communications for the annual Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. This role sits within a dynamic communications team and offers end-to-end exposure across content creation, social media, media support and live event operations.

You’ll play a key role in bringing the event to life across platforms, supporting both behind-the-scenes coordination and front-facing communications.
If you enjoy variety, collaboration, and the buzz of working towards a major live event — and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when it counts — this role is for you.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimally a Diploma in Mass Communications/Events Management or equivalent, with at least 1 year of work experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, events, social media, or a related field
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Canva, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
Key Requirements:
- A good command of English and are able to communicate across all levels
- A strong executor who enjoys bringing ideas to life and seeing work through from planning to delivery
- Comfortable with juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You’re hands-on, adaptable and don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves — including physical, on-ground event support when needed
- You have a good grasp of social media platforms and understand how content performs across different audiences
- You’re highly creative, possess a keen eye for detail, and never miss the chance to capture a great photo
- You’re organised, detail-oriented and able to keep things moving even during peak periods
- You’re a team player who enjoys working closely with others, but can also work independently when required
- You’re curious, proactive and keen to learn, with knowledge of Formula 1 and an interest in live events or large-scale productions
Applicants should include a brief cover letter, full resume complete with work experiences.
