Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Entertainment Coordinator (Secretariat/Transport) for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025.

As a key member of the Entertainment team, you will be planning transport arrangements, liaising with partners, managing accreditation, recruiting event crew, as well as providing operational support for the event. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen attention to detail and good communication skills, in addition to being proficient in managing administrative functions like document management and scheduling. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure, and is able to prioritise tasks effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years' experience in events and entertainment
Minimally a Diploma qualification
Ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities, multi-tasking skills and accommodate ongoing on-ground changes
Strong administrative skills to ensure that tasks are completed with precision
Excellent interpersonal skills, and capable of fronting training sessions and presentations if required
Proficient with MS Office programmes, including Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
