Should you feel unwell during the event, please proceed to the nearest First Aid Booth and notify our staff.

The most common first aid incidents within the Circuit Park are blisters (from walking in inappropriate footwear), mild dehydration and sunburn. Please take appropriate prevention measures to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience during the event.

Your safety is our utmost priority. In case of any emergency, please stay calm and follow the directions of security officers and/or the police. If at any time you are concerned for your well-being, please approach our security staff or ushers for help.

Approach our staff at the various Information Booths around the Circuit Park for any queries or requests. 

In the event that you lose an item, please report to the nearest Information Booth.

*Do note that we are unable to retrieve items that has dropped underneath the grandstands until after the day’s activities.
