Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the following position for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Media & Communications Coordinator to support the planning and execution of communications for the annual Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. This role sits within a dynamic communications team and offers end-to-end exposure across content creation, social media, media support and live event operations.
From shaping digital content and managing day-to-day communications, to supporting on-ground event execution during peak periods, this role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in bringing the event to life across platforms, supporting both behind-the-scenes coordination and front-facing communications.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimally a Diploma in Mass Communications/Events Management or equivalent, with at least 1 year of work experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, events, social media, or a related field
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Canva, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to be a key member of the Race Operations team for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
Working closely with the Race Operations team, the individual will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, supplier management and inventory control, ensuring compliance and accuracy in purchase workflows. You will oversee logistics planning and execution of training and race week operations. Acting as the primary liaison with external contractors and service providers, as well as logistics support for race officials during the weekend, you will also provide secretariat support to the Race Organising Committee and ensure cross-department coordination and planning to deliver a seamless race weekend.
- Manage procurement and suppliers including sourcing, evaluation, inventory planning
- Planning and prepare training logistics by ensuring all facilities, equipment, materials and resources are sourced and delivered in advance
- Main point of contact with contractors and service providers, managing delivery timelines and equipment usage especially for race week operations
- Race Week logistics management including advance procedure, tracking, and deployment of equipment to meet timeline
- Coordination of equipment packing, transportation and on-site deployment
- Management of race officials’ operational readiness including mass sign-on, documentation and logistical support for trackside deployment
- General management of race officials including communication and welfare coordination
- Secretariat support to the Race Organising Committee including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action list tracking and follow-up
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning by identifying potential logistical, procurement and manpower risks and implementing contingency planning
- Cross department coordination to ensure alignment and timely execution
Key Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Events Management or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience
- Prior experience in volunteer management and/or motorsports industry will be advantageous
- Proven ability to communicate and manage contractors / vendors
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills, being able to work under pressure and solutions-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Good command of English, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work over weekends, and extended hours when required

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd (SGP) is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Security Senior Executive for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
Experienced in Security and Emergency service deployment, you are required to assist with managing and liasing with security vendors (security agencies, Auxiliary Police Forces, equipment suppliers) as well as Security Managers. This includes overseeing administrative matters including accreditation, contracts, attendance verification, invoicing, and/or payroll matters.
You will also manage the logistics and warehouse inventory for the department, including stock-taking, purchasing, and distribution of logs, in addition to procuring and coordinating the distribution of N95 masks as part of the the Haze management plan.
Supporting the Security Team as a key team-player, you will assist in the logistics to set-up the Event Control Room, developing run sheets for operators, and collating reference documents. You will also provide support for the Lockdown phase for the event, ensuring that access control is properly managed with the appointed security agency.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in events
- Strong in administrative and logistics management, with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Able to work with and manage security officers
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and accommodate ongoing on-ground changes
- Able to work over weekends and extended hours when required
