The successful applicant will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and will work alongside the Marketing and Creative teams.

You will be required to:

Manage marketing inventory and assist in contest fulfilment.

Assist the team in managing pre-race on-ground activations, and duties and responsibilities during race week.

Coordinate logistics and event preparations including accreditation submissions.

Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors and agencies.

A keen attention to detail and efficiency is a must, in addition to excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing in a Coordinator role.

You will be required to:

Design and create content for all digital platforms including email newsletters, website, mobile app, digital ad creatives and social media formats including motion graphics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content to achieve marketing and publicity objectives.

Play an active role in the design and delivery of the website and mobile app.

Support the Marketing and Design team where needed and on additional projects.

Key Requirements:

Identify trends and insights into new technology and event experiences, including hospitality.

Measure and track marketing performance for KPI assessment.

As a key member of the Paddock™ Club team, you will report to both the Assistant Director Paddock Club™ / F&B Operations and F&B Manager. You will be responsible for various aspects of the team’s functions and event management.   • Minimally a Diploma in Events Management, Engineering, or equivalent. Prior work experience in events will be advantageous.
  • Planning and monitoring construction progress with the appointed contractors.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate construction schedules.
  • Coordinating with third parties for follow-up works on facilities.
  • Overseeing the operations and upkeep of facilities over the race weekend.
