First wave of ticketing for Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2022 a roaring success

Three-day grandstands and hospitality packages for the night race sold out

13 April 2022, Singapore – General tickets for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2022 were released for sale today to tremendous success, with three-day grandstand and combination tickets selling out within six hours.

“After a two-year absence from the streets of Marina Bay, we are delighted by the incredible response to our first race in our new 7-year term. With the enormous demand, we are very appreciative of the patience and support shown by our fans and are 100% committed to delivering another spectacular edition of the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix this 30 September to 2 October,” says Adam Firth, Director of Singapore GP Pte Ltd.

Those who were unable to purchase tickets can still opt for single-day grandstands and walkabout tickets, which will be released at a later date. More three-day grandstand tickets may also be released in the event of further relaxation of safe management measures to allow for more than the current 75 per cent capacity limit.

Due to the overwhelming demand all hospitality packages are now fully taken up. A waitlist has now been started for companies looking to book hospitality in the event extra places become available.
