2012 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX Sold Out
Additional tickets released to combat secondary on-selling
22 September 2012, Singapore – The fifth instalment of the FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX has got off to a roaring start. All 84,317 general walkabout, grandstand and hospitality tickets for the three-day event have sold out.
Festivities continue at the Marina Bay Street Circuit today with even more track action from Formula One, GP2, Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific and Porsche Carrera Cup Asia as well as headliners Bananarama and Maroon 5 at the Padang Stage (Zone 4), and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and The Proclaimers at the Village Stage (Zone 1).
To combat touting, Singapore GP has made available a limited number of general tickets which have been held back from some sold-out categories for 23 September.
These can be purchased at the ticket booths at Gates 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 10 of the Circuit Park from 1.30pm to 10.00pm, or at the Raffles City Convention Centre (Swissotel the Stamford, Level 4) from 10.00am to 10.00pm.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis and the maximum number of tickets which can be purchased in any transaction is four.
