Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and service‑driven individual to join our Hospitality Services team as a Suite Ambassador for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
As part of a high‑performing team, you will support the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences across premium venues including the Formula One Paddock Club™, Sky Suites, Twenty3, The Green Room, Lounge Plus and Lounge@Turn 3.
You will manage all aspects of the suite experience, from F&B service and guest relations to stakeholder coordination, ensuring Singapore GP’s world class hospitality standards are consistently upheld.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in customer service (hospitality, finance, or airline background preferred)
- Collaborative and self‑motivated professional with a strong customer‑centric and service‑driven approach
- Poised and confident communicator with the ability to represent the organisation professionally in a luxury hospitality setting
- High attention to detail and a team‑oriented mindset, with the ability to maintain service excellence under pressure
- Capable of managing VIP guest interactions end‑to‑end, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded across all service touchpoints
