Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the position of Senior Retail Associate for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2024.

Overview of role:

Assist in managing Back-of-House (BOH) inventory and transfers.
Assist in delegating BOH duties and overseeing the welfare of retail associates at respective booths.
Working together with the Senior Retail Cashier on sales transaction procedures at respective booths.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead teams while maintaining effective performance under pressure.
General housekeeping of merchandise booth.
Managing customer complaints and issues.
Able to manage inventory and daily sales.
Manage daily merchandise/BOH inventory and reports.
Manage Retail Associates’, Senior Retail Cashier and Retail Cashiers' welfare and taking daily attendance.
Serve and assist customers’ orders.
Lead the opening and closing stock-taking of booth inventory.

Key Requirements:

Experience in managing teams
Great interpersonal and communication skills, and sales driven
Availability for training days and all event days
Comfortable working under outdoor weather conditions
Be able to work effectively as part of a team
