Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to be a key member of the Race Operations team for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.
Working closely with the Race Operations team, the individual will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, supplier management and inventory control, ensuring compliance and accuracy in purchase workflows. You will oversee logistics planning and execution of training and race week operations. Acting as the primary liaison with external contractors and service providers, as well as logistics support for race officials during the weekend, you will also provide secretariat support to the Race Organising Committee and ensure cross-department coordination and planning to deliver a seamless race weekend.
- Manage procurement and suppliers including sourcing, evaluation, inventory planning
- Planning and prepare training logistics by ensuring all facilities, equipment, materials and resources are sourced and delivered in advance
- Main point of contact with contractors and service providers, managing delivery timelines and equipment usage especially for race week operations
- Race Week logistics management including advance procedure, tracking, and deployment of equipment to meet timeline
- Coordination of equipment packing, transportation and on-site deployment
- Management of race officials’ operational readiness including mass sign-on, documentation and logistical support for trackside deployment
- General management of race officials including communication and welfare coordination
- Secretariat support to the Race Organising Committee including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action list tracking and follow-up
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning by identifying potential logistical, procurement and manpower risks and implementing contingency planning
- Cross department coordination to ensure alignment and timely execution
Key Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Events Management or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience
- Prior experience in volunteer management and/or motorsports industry will be advantageous
- Proven ability to communicate and manage contractors / vendors
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills, being able to work under pressure and solutions-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Good command of English, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work over weekends, and extended hours when required
