Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the contract position of Paddock Club™ Event Coordinator for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.

As a member of the Paddock™ Club team, your role involves assisting with various facets of the team's functions, as well as event management. You will be required to work with both external vendors and internal departments to ensure that all requirements and instructions are met.

You will also be tasked with engaging with Paddock Club™ clients on matters related to ticket purchases, event updates, enquiries, and other responsibilities as required. These duties include, but are not limited to, the coordination of event staff recruitment, managing ticketing and accreditation processes, as well as handling general administrative and operational tasks for the Paddock Club™ team.

Key Requirements:

Minimally a Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with a good track record in the hospitality or events industry (fresh graduates may apply)
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English for client communication
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a proven ability to complete documentation accurately under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Able and willing to work over weekends and extended hours when required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
