Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Hospitality Service team as a Guest Support Officer. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and thrive in premium hospitality environments.
As a Guest Support Officer, you play a key role in supporting hospitality operations during the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026, contributing to a seamless and elevated guest experience across premium hospitality suites in line with Singapore GP service standards.
You will need to support all aspects of the hospitality suite experience, including access control and guest relations, while working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations both within and surrounding the hospitality areas, facilitating efficient guest flow and a consistently high standard of service.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (applicants from the hospitality and financial industries are welcome)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, “can do” mindset
- Ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds confidently
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast paced, high expectation environment
