Artiste Liaison Officer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact for artistes throughout the event.
- Build rapport and create a positive experience to support future collaborations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage expectations and communicate respectfully with high-profile personalities.
- Receive artistes at the airport and support smooth hotel and venue check-ins.
- Escort artistes to rehearsals, soundchecks, media calls, and performance areas.
- Work with production, security, and hospitality teams to meet artiste needs.
- Resolve issues quickly, discreetly, and efficiently.

Hospitality Crew
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare dressing rooms based on artistes’ riders and comfort needs.
- Keep rooms clean, organised, and ready before artistes arrive.
- Check that backstage facilities are working properly.
- Label rooms and maintain an orderly backstage area.
- Provide hospitality items such as towels, drinks, and comfort supplies.
- Handle quick dressing-room turnovers between artistes or groups.
- Ensure only authorised personnel enter backstage hospitality areas.
- Assist with post-event teardown, packing, inventory checks, and storage prep.

Buggy Driver & Porter Crew
Must have valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to safely transport entertainers, crew, costumes, props, and equipment by buggy.
