Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Entertainment Coordinator for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025.

As a key member of the Entertainment team, you will be assisting in the planning for the event. You will be required to support the Entertainment Manager on back-of-house infrastructure planning, liaise with partners, manage warehouse inventory, prepare backstage logistics, recruit event crew, as well as provide operational support. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate a keen attention to detail and interest in hospitality arrangements.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years' experience in events and entertainment.
Minimally a Diploma qualification.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to ongoing on ground changes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly disposition.
Resourceful and with the ability to plan inventory requirements
Proficient with MS Office programmes, including Excel, Powerpoint and Teams.
