I hereby give my consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data by Singapore GP Pte Ltd and its related corporations ("SGPPL"), and the sharing of my personal data with its authorised service providers for the purpose of processing my application for Event accreditation, for future advertising and promotional purposes without prior permission and other related purposes ("Purposes");

Where I am submitting personal data on behalf of others, I confirm that I have obtained the consent of each such individual for the disclosure of their personal data to SGPPL for the Purposes and for SGPPL to use their personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Policy and for the Purposes; and
   
   
4. I, or if making this submission as an authorised representative of my employer then my employer, hereby undertakes to SGPPL that all persons submitted by me for accreditation and/or decals shall fully abide by the Terms and Conditions.
