Should you feel unwell during the event, please proceed to the nearest First Aid Booth and notify our staff.

Did you know that the most common requests for treatment at our First Aid booths are for blisters (from walking in inappropriate footwear), mild dehydration and sunburn? Please take appropriate prevention measures to ensure you have an enjoyable experience during the event.

Your safety is our utmost priority. In case of any emergency, please stay calm and follow the directions of security officers and/or the police. If at any time you are concerned for your well-being, please approach our security staff or ushers for help.

In the event that you lose an item, please report to the nearest Information Booth.
